A Substack documenting life from the edge of my somatic depth practice

SpaceUnknown is where I share field notes from the threshold of change—glimpses into the strange, tender liminal spaces I move through, both personally and in my client work.

This space isn’t about delivering polished insight. It’s about staying with the tensions, paradoxes, and turnings that shape real transformation—and that reality is often messy.

It’s also often deeply funny, in a Divine Comedy sort of way.

I write when there’s something I genuinely want to say—not to fill space, make sales, or subordinate my creative rhythm to a content calendar. So you can expect some quieter months, and some livelier ones.

Either way, it’s always honest.

Not only is SpaceUnknown a great entry-level introduction to my work, it’s also a wonderful resource for existing private and group coaching clients.

As a free subscriber you’ll receive occasional public pieces written from lived experience, not just theory—what I’m learning (and unlearning), what I’m noticing in the field, and what’s pulling me deeper into the work.

My paid tier gives you access to my more personal, raw writing. Plus the occasional workshop, unfiltered reflection, strange metaphor, and idiotic (yet resonant) meme.
