    ACCESSIBILITY:

    In acknowledging the impacts of systemic inequality, I offer a number of lower or no-cost ways to work with me:

    1. I hold up to 4 scholarship spaces open per year for highly-committed individuals from economically-disadvantaged and historically-oppressed backgrounds. By application. For more information about scholarships, please click here.

    2. I offer free and low-cost workshops, e-courses, resources and group coaching sessions seasonally to my newsletter subscribers here.

  • Unlike psychotherapy, which (broadly speaking) focuses on the treatment of psychological injuries and the stabilization of symptoms, our work focuses on self-discovery, and expanding the strengths and capacities of the generally healthy.

    Think of it like learning to dance because you love to move and dancing improves your life, versus going to physiotherapy for a twisted, swollen ankle.

    If you are managing stable symptoms in the later stages of psychological recovery (ie. you can dance, but with some minor movement restrictions), I can work in conjunction with your psychotherapist in a cosy support sandwich—many of my clients go this route. However, if you require symptom stabilization or trauma-treatment, I am not the right person for you (yet!).

    Please note that I have an ethical obligation to refer out clients who:

    • Are in crisis.

    • Live with untreated mental health conditions such as PTSD, BPD, OCD, DID, NPD, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia.

    • Are living with untreated physical and/or psychological symptoms which significantly interfere with daily functioning (eg. emotional instability, suicidality, disturbed or distorted thinking patterns, impulsivity, intense interpersonal dysfunction, dissociation, neuralgic pain, fatigue, sleeplessness, chronic nightmares, mania, psychosis…).

    • Are in an abusive relationship or have left one within the past 12 months.

    • Engage in self-harming behaviors.

    • Struggle with an active, untreated eating disorder.

    • Are currently dealing with chaotic process addictions or substance use patterns.

    When referring out, I always do my best to connect clients to a better-fit practitioner from within my vast network of vetted healing professionals and licensed mental health providers.

Join 4-8 highly-committed humans in a six week, high-level, high-participation group coaching container as we gather to do just that.

    • You are intelligent, ambitious, self-aware, and have a strong pre-existing foundation of personal and relational work.

    • You are seeking a high-level, high-participation space to discover yourself in an intimate group of growth-minded peers.

    • You are currently living with untreated or unstable psychological symptoms.

      (Individual or group therapy, rather than coaching, would be your best bet in this case!)

  • D(inner) Party is a 6 week, high-level, high-participation group coaching container designed to support your expansion into deeper levels of love, joy, and self-expression.

    Together, we will explore and evolve the internal relationships that shape your experience of yourself, other people, and the world.

    Who are the guests seated at the table of your consciousness? What are their roles? What do they hunger for? What are the strategies they use to feed their hunger (intellectualizing, over-thinking, self-criticism, perfectionism, self-doubt, judgment, chronic busy-ness…?). What kind of party environment is that creating? And what kind of host are you being?

    Guided by the foundational principles of:

    • Relational Somatics

    • & Interpersonal Neurobiology

    you will learn to transform patterns of fear-based tension into patterns of love-based relaxation—creating an internal atmosphere crackling with infinite joy and nourishment that can’t help but spill into your life, work, and relationships.

    TIME

    You can expect an average weekly investment of…

    • 1-2 hrs engaged in the group chat deepening your learning with like-spirited peers

    ENERGY

    This is a high-energy, high-investment growth container. Meaning, it is best suited to participants who are excited and prepared to…

    • Attend at least 5/6 calls live, on-time, camera on, and ready to participate.

    • Lean into the discomfort of their growth edges with a group of peers doing the same (note: no one will ever be forced near or over their edges, of course—this isn’t a fucking cult).

    • Put in the work to integrate new patterns, perspectives, and frameworks into their lives.


Breathwork

A two-hour session supporting nervous system resiliency. Available exclusively for 1:1 Coaching clients on 3+mo contracts.

  • Breathwork is an umbrella term for a variety of evidence-based techniques which work by manipulating the depth and rhythm of the breath over a few minutes to several hours. It supports the regulation of a vast array of crucial bodily functions, including control of mood, immune response, digestion, and heart rate. A healthy foundation is created over time by gently guiding the nervous system to break out of chronic survival responses, settling it into a balanced, open state.

    It’s also a safe gateway for unintegrated emotions to surface and be processed, allowing you to drop the baggage and breeze into your life feeling lighter and empowered. 

    The best part? Once you’ve learned it, you can practice it wherever or whenever you feel like you need a reset.

  • Each 2 hr private session occurs online and falls into 3 parts.

    1 — INTENTION SETTING

    Space for you to discuss any challenges and concerns arising in your life, asking any questions you need to about the process. You will then be guided to set an intention for the session. 

    2 — THE JOURNEY   

    Supported by evocative music, you will be gently guided into a conscious and connected breath pattern for a period of 60-90 minutes. During this time you may experience the processing of buried emotions, physical release through movement, dreamlike visuals, and profound meditative states.

    3 — INTEGRATION

    Time for you to receive support as you process anything which arose during your session. Room for reconnection and grounding as you come out of your session gently. 

  • Breathwork is for you if…

    • You’ve been working with me as a 1:1 Coaching client for 3 months or more (this allows us time to build the trust necessary for a breathwork session to be successful).

    • You’re seeking a practical, embodied complement to traditional psychotherapy.

    • You want to find out what it actually feels like to be safe and regulated so you have a benchmark to go by in your life. 

    • You’re feeling stressed and burned out (and you’re looking for new ways to move through it).

    • You’d like to access the benefits of meditation, but struggle with your practice.

    • You’re seeking a reliable tool and source of support to turn to when life gets overwhelming.

  • Breathwork is not for you if:

    • You are pregnant in your second or third trimester (first trimester ok)

    • You have a history of psychosis

    • You have a history of seizure

    • You live with high blood pressure

    • You live with an active thyroid condition

    • You’re currently recovering from a concussion

    • You’ve recently had surgery affecting your ability to breathe fully

    • You live with an untreated mental health condition such as PTSD, BPD, Bipolar, or Schizophrenia.***

    • You are currently using or abusing consciousness-altering drugs or medication.

    ***NOTE: all clients with mental health conditions require clearance from their treating physician. psychologist. or psychiatrist before participating in a breathwork session.
